Waterman Center Talks – Apalachin

The topic of these 30 minute informative talks will rotate from week to week.  Check back from week to week or follow us on Facebook for this week’s selection!  Some of our regular talks are:

• Ted Talk – Ours happens to be about our Tortoise, Ted, but is equally informative and inspirational.

• Birds and Nests – Examine a selection of regionally common songbirds and their corresponding nests.  Learn a few interesting facts about each species.

• Center Tour – Walk through our interpretive center with a naturalist who will highlight a few interesting and/or seasonally or historically important exhibits and answer your questions!
